Osteo James – Osteopathy in Bath

Hello, I'm James...

I have 30 years experience in treating and managing lower back pain. Specifically my own!

Prolapse discs at L4/5 and L5/S1 while taking part in university 1st XV rugby ended my rugby playing, but started my life with chronic pain.

Over this time I have tried therapies from all over the world (from Chinese acupuncture to German Orthopedic surgeons) and I have found that Osteopathy has been consistently the most effective long term treatment.

I believe that osteopathic care is the cornerstone of any comprehensive and holistic health program. When your body works the way nature intended, your spirit soars - and so do you.

I have one goal in mind - to help you feel better fast. I know that when your body isn't in top shape then your entire outlook on life can be affected.

"I presented to Mr Miles-Christiansen with knee problems after an ACL reconstruction after a skiing accident. I was unable to sleep comfortably, sit for long periods and had limited movement. Over several months, I was treated by Mr Miles-Christiansen and the condition improved markedly, resulting in total pain relief and considerably increased flexibility. During this time he kept me well informed as to the progress of my treatment and, after an initial treatment period, let me decide the frequency of my visits to his praxis. I still visit Mr Miles-Christiansen infrequently for any minor knee problem and also for my back problem and the treatment is always of a high standard. I have complete confidence in his ability to treat me. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Miles-Christiansen to any potential client. I am sure they would find his treatment very effective, just as I have done."
